Initial Hydrotherapy – New Clients

Service Description

Please note that a VET REFERRAL is required before commencing hydrotherapy so please ensure this has been arranged prior to booking your initial appointment. It's very easy to arrange - just give your vet a quick phone call and ask them to email your doggo's referral to: k9hydrorehab@gmail.com - thank you. Please allow up to 1.5 hours for the initial hydrotherapy consultation. We will discuss your dog’s current condition and goals for therapy. If known, we will also discover their past medical history, complete an assessment and gently introduce them to hydrotherapy. During this time, this will allow us to observe and understand your dog’s needs and temperament - especially if they are anxious/reactive or skittish - as it gives them time and space to adjust to a new environment. We'll create a safe and supportive rehabilitation plan tailored specifically to their needs. If your dog has already completed their initial consultation with us, please book the Hydrotherapy Follow-Up Session instead. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to help avoid a possible late cancellation fee.
