Initial Cold Laser Therapy – New Clients

Service Description

Please note that a VET REFERRAL is required before commencing cold laser therapy so please ensure this has been arranged prior to booking your initial appointment. It's very easy to arrange - just give your vet a quick phone call and ask them to email your dog/cat's referral to: k9hydrorehab@gmail.com - thank you. This 1-hour appointment is for pets having Cold Laser Therapy with us for the first time. We will discuss your pet's current condition and goals for therapy. If known, we will also discover their past medical history and complete an assessment before commencing their cold laser therapy. During this time, this will allow us to observe and understand your pet’s needs and temperament - especially if they are anxious/reactive or skittish - as it gives them time and space to adjust to a new environment. We'll create a safe and supportive rehabilitation plan tailored specifically to their needs. Our Cold Laser Therapy is non-invasive and very gentle and does not require pets to wear goggles, making it especially suitable for animals who may be sensitive to handling. If your pet has already had Cold Laser Therapy with us, please book one of the Cold Laser Therapy Follow-Up Sessions instead. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to help avoid a possible late cancellation fee
